Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through saganswares.com. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally at this time. For international inquiries, contact info@saganswares.com.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
All shipments are fulfilled via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The following service levels are available at checkout based on your location and package specifications:

USPS Priority Mail Express (Overnight/1–2 Business Days): Fastest available option with USPS insurance and tracking included. Delivery times vary by destination but typically arrive within 1–2 business days.

USPS Priority Mail (1–3 Business Days): Reliable delivery within 1–3 business days with tracking and up to $100 USPS insurance included.

USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 Business Days): Economical ground shipping option with tracking included. Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Sagan’s Wares, LLC. Delivery times exclude weekends, federal holidays, and processing time.
3. Free Shipping
Orders with a subtotal of $100.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Free shipping is applied automatically via USPS Ground Advantage. Customers may upgrade to a faster shipping method at their expense. Free shipping does not apply to items shipped by third-party Dingo’s Den sellers unless explicitly stated in the seller’s listing.
4. Free Local Pickup
Customers within 10 miles of Houston, TX 77057 are eligible for free local pickup. To arrange pickup, select “Free Local Pickup” at checkout and contact us at info@saganswares.com to schedule a pickup time. Pickup is available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST, by appointment only. Valid government-issued photo identification matching the order name is required at pickup. Orders not picked up within 14 calendar days of placement may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods (holidays, major sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on USPS rates for your destination and package. A backup flat rate of $7.99 for Standard Shipping may apply if USPS does not return a calculated rate for your shipment. All applicable sales tax is calculated automatically by Avalara and collected at checkout based on your shipping destination.
7. Tracking and Delivery
A tracking number will be provided via email for all shipped orders. You may track your package at usps.com or through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Sagan’s Wares, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, carrier operational issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@saganswares.com within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS to file a claim and resolve the issue. Packages marked “delivered” by USPS are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery (“porch piracy”). We strongly recommend insuring high-value orders via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Sagan’s Wares, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
10. Dingo’s Den Marketplace Shipping
Items sold through Dingo’s Den are shipped by third-party sellers. Shipping methods, costs, and delivery times are set by each individual seller and displayed on the listing. Sagan’s Wares, LLC is not responsible for the shipping practices of Dingo’s Den sellers. Disputes regarding Dingo’s Den shipments should first be directed to the seller; if unresolved, contact us at info@saganswares.com.
